Holsinger, Clark and Armstrong, P.C. is a law office located in Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. The firm was first established in the 1930’s by Edwin M. Clark, Sr. who went on to serve twelve years as the District Attorney for Indiana County, and twenty years as the President Judge of Indiana County.
Alan Holsinger, one of the original partners, practiced law in Indiana County for over forty years before his retirement in 2001. Edwin M. Clark, Jr., a former recipient of Pittsburgh’s Dapper Dan athletic award, and graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, and University of Pittsburgh School of Law, joined the firm in 1966. In 1981, John H. Armstrong, a former Pennsylvania State Trooper and counsel to the Pennsylvania State Police joined Mr. Holsinger and Mr. Clark resulting in the formation of the now recognized law firm of Holsinger, Clark & Armstrong P.C.
Michael T. Clark, now a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County, and Samuel H. Clark joined the firm in 1998, followed by the addition of Jennifer L. Westrick.
