Mr. Michael Clark, a former County Detective, is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Thomas Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan.
While in law school, he worked for the Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council, a division of the Michigan Attorney General’s office and the Criminal Prosecutions Section of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Clark, a former Assistant District Attorney, now focuses his private practice on litigation, corporate law/business planning, real estate, and estate planning.
He currently serves as the Solicitor for Indiana County , the Indiana County Sheriff’s office, the Indiana County Jail, and Aging Services, Inc. Mr. Clark served an integral role in the establishment of the Indiana County Elder Abuse Task Force.
He continues to be actively involved in the Community as he currently serves as the Board President for the United Way of Indiana County , a Director for the Seeds of Faith Christian Academy, a Trustee for Indiana First Bank, a Trustee for the J.S. Mack Foundation, and was a former board member of the YMCA of Indiana County.
He was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star for 2005, 2006 & 2007 by Philadelphia Magazine, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars edition.
